eZe Talk
has a dedicated, well trained and knowledgeable customer care team to deal
with all queries or issues. We do not believe that lower charges mean lower
quality service. We are also regulated by Otelo the industry ombudsman.

Yes you
can. Plus if you use BT services such as 1471, call divert, call waiting,
reminder call, call sign and 3-way calling, you can even continue to use
them as before.

Your line rental is billed by eZe talk at the discounted rate. The only difference you will see are the savings shown in your
telephone bill! Should you have a line problem, BT will attend to the fault directly..

As a
general rule transfer to eZe Talk takes 14 days from the date that you
joined us. We will confirm your connection date in the welcome letter we
send you.

us know before you move office or house so that we can turn off the service
at your current property and make arrangements with you to reconnect the
service at your new address.

protection, we give all customers a 10-day cooling off period that begins
when you request to transfer your phone service to eZe Talk.

Debit or Credit Card. This is the easiest method of payment as it helps you
to budget by giving you greater control over your finances.

eZe Talk
can save you money on your local, national, international and mobile
telephone calls. Unfortunately, at present this service is only available
to UK customers with a BT landline. Additionally, the eZe Talk service is
not suitable for customers who use BT's Call Barring service, or are on the
BT Light User Scheme, or telephone numbers moved from a cable company.
